Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As many of you know I have recently been diagnosed with breast cancer and whilst this certainly wasn't on my 50@50 list of nice things to do to celebrate turning such a huge age, it has presented me with the opportunity to use my birthday as a means of supporting this brilliant charity.

Many of my friends and family have asked what I would like for my birthday. Whilst like anyone I love unwrapping presents, the last few weeks have made me reflect on what is really important in life.  This charity does such good work and I aim to use it myself as a means of support during some of the tough times ahead.  Giving a donation instead of buying me a present would allow this wonderful service to continue doing what it does so well.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
