As some of you are aware myself, Clare, Fergus and Dave are going to complete the 'Team Townend Pushbike Challenge' on Saturday which is a 42 mile cycle in the Lake District incorporating 4 mountain passes and we've all been training really hard (when we're not at McGylnns)!

The charity cycle is in memory of my friends Niggy and Christian Townend who were tragically killed whilst out cycling in December 2010. If you could spare any cash it would be massively appreciated to raise money for RoadPeace, a charity which provides support to road accident victims and their families.
