I'm running a marathon. I'm doing it for lots of reasons but mostly:

1. I love running

2. My rowing club (Twickenham RC) which is 150 years old, is trying to raise funds to renovate its premises so that it can continue to grow and support rowers for the next 150 years!

Twickenham RC is a great example of a grassroots, voluntary run sports club but it really needs support to modernise its premises.
