I've likely left it way too late to both fundraise and get fit for this so anything you can spare would be REALLY appreciated.

Last year my friend Fiona lost her husband Jim to Pancreatic Cancer at the age of 37. 

Pancreatic Cancer has one of the lowest survival rates and research is severely underfunded.

Fiona, who turns 30 this year decided to take part in "30 Challenges before 30" and raise as much money as possible for Pancreatic Cancer UK, a charity that supported Jim, Fiona and their daughter Caitlin from initial diagnosis.

As part of Fiona's crazy year, lots of her friends have signed up to different challenges to try and add to the total raised for #teamjim.

Can't remember how or why, but I volunteered to do Tough Mudder on Sunday 25th Sept and now it's less than 2 weeks away!!

Anything you can spare (such as the price of a morning coffee) would really help go towards this great cause and make sure  I don't bottle the Arctic Enema or Electro  Shock Therapy.
