I've foolishly decided to take part in this year's Palace to Palace 45 mile cycle again. As part of the HPE team we are raising money for a great course. The Prince's Trust help vulnerable young people get their lives on track. They support 11 to 30-year-olds who are unemployed and those struggling at school and at risk of exclusion.
