Anyone who has ventured into Manchester lately knows how tragic the problem of homelessness is. It can be easy and convenient to forget that there are real people sleeping rough every night in miserable and often dangerous conditions. Barnabus does great work in Manchester providing people without roofs over their heads with food, support and hope.

I will be joining my course in participating in the Great Manchester Run and raising money for Barnabus. Any donations big or small will go a long way towards helping real people.

(Tip: swap a decaf chai vanilla roast skinny latte with whipped hazelnut cream and sprinkles on top from Starbucks for a disappointing filter coffee and raise an exorbitant amount for a charitable cause)
