Once again it's that time of year to ask you all to dig deep and help me raise money for Macmillan. 

Over the next couple of months I will be running another 10k race (Pride, Victoria Park, September), a half marathon (Run to the Beat, Greenwich, October - my first one) and the biggest challenge of all will be climbing Mount Toubkal in Morocco as part of a team event.

I know you all get inundated with requests for sponsorship but if you can help get behind the charity who helped my dad out so much towards the end then others can continue to receive the same level of warmth, kindness and support when it's most needed.
