My friend Alec and I are running The Wall - 69 mile ultramarathon on behalf of Bliss, a charity which supports, amongst other things, the parents of premature babies.  Bliss provided a great deal of support and guidance when our daughter Isabelle was born 8 weeks early, at a weighty 3lbs 8oz.

Bliss exists to ensure that all babies born too soon, too small or too sick in the UK have the best possible chance of survival and of reaching their full potential.
