I'm dusting off my charity fundraising boots :D  

Last November was 5 years since I lost my best friend, Andy Weller, to heart problems, at age 31. Next Wednesday will be 5 years since I lost one of closest work colleagues, Nishal Wijeratne, to heart problems also at age 31. 

Another friend of mine, Paul Williamson (closer to 40 than 30:), is fighting back from heart failure and has invited me to join him as a late entry on the London to Brighton night ride this Saturday night. We have an 23:30 start time and will be riding at an easy pace to hit Brighton, I should imagine, sometime after dawn.
