If you are here then you may know that my old man had a heart attack a little while back, and while he is doing fine now, we haven't forgotten what a great job the British Heart Foundation did in helping his rehabilitation.

They helped dad get back on his feet, providing lots of sessions for him to attend. They monitored his rehabilitation, provided exercise and activity sessions, weekly meetings providing information about diet, the tablets, and life-style and just generally supported him and us through the whole ordeal.

We are so grateful for all their hard work and research, and I thought it would be nice to raise a little bit of money for them.

So, I have organised a charity bike ride as a way for me and some of my friends to raise some money. On the 31st of August we will be cycling the 86.5 mile journey to Portsmouth, stopping the night and cycling 86.5 miles straight back again.

We are aiming to raise £1000 all together. This cycle isn't an easy task so please dig deep and support our various causes!
