This year I am taking part in the London 10k Run again on Sunday 11th July, and then in September it's 'The 3 Peaks Challenge'! You might think that having made it to the summit of Kilimanjaro last October that this will be an easy ride. Not so. I am afraid the fitness levels have plummeted and there is a lot of work to be done! I'm told that to do the 3 Peaks within 24 hours is tougher than Kili, so bring it on for ACE Africa!! </span></span><span style="color: #000000;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;"> Please donate now and help raise much-needed funds for this fantastic charity. Since its inception in 2003, ACE Africa has provided life-transforming services to over 400,000 vulnerable children and people living with AIDS. </span> </span></p>
