Firstly Tough Mudder is a proud supporter of Help for Heroes so any money raised on the day will support this worthwhile charity.

My chosen charity 'Rays of Sunshine Children's Charity' grants wishes to children with serious or life-limiting illness giving them the lift and help that they need during such difficult circumstances and I hope that together we raise enough to make some dreams come true .

If you have not heard of Tough Mudder then you will not be aware that it is an obstacle course set over 12 miles prepared by ex special forces that requires the signing of a 'Death Waiver' prior to entry, this sounds extreme however so is the course. I just about survived last year however this year have decided to face the fear again but this time for a worthwhile cause.
