<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.</p> <p>I am aiming to take part in the Three Peaks Challenge on the 7/8 July 2012, to raise money on behalf of Cancer Research.</p> <p>My incentive to take part in this is mainly due to my mother being diagnosed with Leukaemia a number of years ago. Thanks to the treatment she received - she was able to beat this horrible disease. It is as a direct result of the research carried out that she and other cancer sufferers too, have been given the opportunity to enjoy a future that otherwise may not have been possible. Sadly not every one that is diagnosed with cancer survives. I think all of us will know of people who have not been as fortunate as my mother. I hope that by taking part in this challenge, others will sponsor me and together we may be able to provide a little more support for Cancer Research to continue their valuable work.</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
