As a South African doctor I have faced the difficulties in a setting with limited resources and yet an enormous disease burden. I feel passionately about improving Paediatric care in South Africa and so would like to help by running for Children's Hospital Trust South Africa.

I have never run a half marathon before, so know that there is a lot of training ahead of me, but am excited at this challenge!
