Losing your sight is a terrifying prospect no matter what age you are.  I think we would all agree that being able to see is something we all take for granted.  Tynesight are dedicated to supporting high quality eye care in the North East by buying specialist equipment, funding research, supporting training and providing patient information.

I last raised money for this charity with my Dad when we abseiled of Alnwick Castle and I think if he were still here today he would have been well up for jumping off the Baltic with me too!
