Iv chosen this charity because they can save many lives with our help. 30 years ago my Grandad was sadly taken at the young age of 49 from a heart attack when my Dad was only 11 years old. They didn't have or know then what they do now and with our help they can help so many people out there, both those who have heart problems and the families of them by giving more time for them to spend together.

So far I have done a 5K charity run and plan to do more 5K and maybe even 10K runs to support Helping Hearts UK and raising as much as I can for them. Every penny is appreciated. Everyone has a heart that needs to work for us to live, but unfortunately that won't be the case forever and who knows how many of us may be saved by their work in the future.
