·         Le Rong and I have agreed to join a team to complete a 40K hike in the Danxia Mountain Range, China in aid of a very worthy charity, COCOA - The Care of China's Orphaned and Abandoned.  As a result of China's 'one child policy' and its traditional preference for boys hundreds of thousands of girls and disabled children are abandoned each year.  The level of care in many Chinese orphanages is barely adequate due to staff shortages and lack of necessary resources and funds.

·         Please give what you can and help the forgotten children of China!
