This year I have signed up to do the Great North Run, or Great North Crawl as it may turn out... This is a huge challenge for me, as most of you know I am allergic to excercise, but I have been training for a few months and am hoping to run at least half and will complete it even if I have to walk/crawl the rest. 

I am running this for the Neurofibromatosis Association who do great work in supporting those affected by Neurofibromatosis. Some of you will know that a close member of my family has this incurable disease which has a huge effect on their life. Please support me in my run and help people the families and sufferers of this conditon get the support that they need.
