In September 2009, my grandfather: Francis Alan Hobson past away in St John's hospice. He had been very unwell for many months, and spent his final days in St Johns.

The support the team gave my family, and particularly my grandmother, was unsurpassable. They are some of the most dedicated professionals I have ever seen - and their work is so important to families like mine.
