Love and Blessings***</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Hello,</p> <p>I'm raising funds to provide a wheelchair for Mrs. Saleem who lives in Puttalam, Sri Lanka. I met Mrs. Saleem in 2009 when she came in for a workshop. I was shocked when Mrs. Saleem came crawling in off the busy Puttalam road, along with her husband Mr. Saleem who happens to be blind.</p> <p>Two years on and nothing has been done to improve her life despite her being a member of an NGO called the Asian Peoples Disability Alliance. &nbsp;Due to the lack of care by both the State and the NGO, I decided to take up this initative on my own and got in touch with the Motivation team and a friend in Puttalam who knew her whereabouts. The assessment stage has been completed with the next step being delivery and training. Exciting times!</p> <p>The month of Ramazan is no doubt an important time for Mrs. Saleem.
