Story

May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon you, thank you and Jazak'Allah khair for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I will be raising money for Zaimah's Iftaar appeal for Masjid Al-aqsa Ramadhan 2014, who aim to provide iftar during the coming Ramadhan for the poor at this blessed Masjid.

It would a great and blessed opportunity to partake in the donations for this cause to feed our borthers and sisters in Islam at a place that Allah himself holds sacred.

Give yourself a head start in your book of deeds for this Ramadhan 2014.

Zaid Ibn Thabit (ra) reports that the Prophet (saw) said, "How blessed is Al-Sham! "The Companions (RA) asked, "Why is that"? The Messenger (SAW) replied, "I see the Angels of Allah spreading their wings over Al-Sham". Ibn Abbas (RA) added, "And the Prophets lived therein. There is not a single inch in Al-Quds (Jerusalem) where a Prophet has not prayed or an Angel not stood". (Tirmidhi, Ahmad)

Zaimah aims to follow the Sunnah of our beloved Prophet (SAW) by taking the initiative of providing Iftaar. In no better location than Masjid Al Aqsa, Iftaar will be provided in the last 10 days of Ramadan, the most blessed of days in the most blessed of months.

For only £1, an Iftari pack consisting of basic food can be given to help someone break their fast.

£10: 10 People

£25: 25 People

£100: 100 People

£1000: 1000 People

100% of your donation will go towards the case.

The Prophet (SAW) said: "Whoever feeds a fasting person will have a reward like that of the fasting person, without any reduction in his reward". (Tirmidhi)

Blessings of Masjid Al-aqsa:

Abu Darda (RA) relates that the Prophet (SAW) said, "A prayer in Makkah (Ka'bah) is worth 100,000 times (reward), a prayer in my Masjid (Madinah) is worth 1,000 times and a prayer in Al-Aqsa Sanctuary is worth 500 times more reward than anywhere else". (Tabarani, Bayhaqi, Suyuti)

And such is the significance of this blessed Masjid in our religion.

Earn the rewards and virtues of this blessed cause and donate now.

May Allah reward you enormously for your kind contributions.
