As Sammi is no longer able to make the run her sister Fiona is stepping into her shoes and will be running with Emma instead which is great news as she ran the York 10K in just 1 hour and was the winner in the Morvern Gala Week Triathalon so will do us proud!

We are taking part in the Great Scottish Run on the 5th September to raise money for the RNLI. Every day their life boats head out to sea throughout the UK to save lives. The RNLI is run by volunteers who need our money to keep going so please give generously. We are running the half marathon this year so it will be a real effort in training and to get to the finishing line so please donate as much as you can to keep us going!
