I'm running for the wonderful Sam Beare hospice who took such good care of my uncle on numerous occasions before his recent death. They are an incredible charity which make patients with chronic illnesses feel comfortable during their last months / days. They are also a massive support to the families concerned. This is my small way of saying thank you to them for all the help they gave my uncle, and my amazing mother and grandmother who visited him daily at the centre.
