This year both David and I are taking part in the Edinburgh Marathon Festival Half marathon to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, in memory of my mum, Brenda. It's been almost 13 years since my mum lost her battle with pancreatic cancer. The Macmillan nurses provide such incredible care for sufferers and their families, and its only through the generosity of people like you sponsoring silly people like me and David doing these demanding events, that this charity can continue their work.
