BBC Children in Need has been running since 1980 and has raised over £600 million to change the lives of disabled and young child in the UK. Please help us to have the best year ever!!

I am not afraid of heights but to be honest I am a little scared of the prospect of abseiling down one of London's tallest buildings! All the funds donated are going to the charity itself and I am personally paying for the event itself so you know 100% of what you donate goes to Children in Need.

I appreciate times are tough but anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated and should be worth the opportunity to see me squirm.
