Along with my colleagues at Arcadis UK, we aim to raise £150,000 through 6 events across the country to fund a Ph.D. research project ‘Using virtual reality to detect the earliest stages of Alzheimer’s Disease’ and to support Alzheimer’s Society by funding 3,250 hours for Dementia Advisers.

This contribution will help Dementia Advisers support people coming to terms with their diagnosis, help them to plan for a different life from the one they expected, and to receive tailored support for their personal needs and specific conditions that each person affected by Dementia faces.
