Thank you so much for getting this far. . . but now is the tougher bit. handing over the dosh. 

Help for heroes was initially set up to provide injured servicemen and women with a pool in which to rehabilitate at Headley Court, the services bespoke facility for rehab.  

The initial target has now been raised and £8 million has been put aside for the construction of the pool. Building work has started and it should be finished by late 2009. 

Funds have continued to pour in and H4H are now giving money to Combat Stress - a charity which supports the many who need mental rehabilitation and also to Selley Oak Hospital family accommodation. This accommodation allows families to stay near to the hospital which treats the soldiers immediately on their return from theatre. 

These causes are SO worthwhile, I hope you will agree. H4H needs all the support it can get to continue its good works. Led by the inspirational Bryn and Emma Parry who knows what is next. .  .

So please give generously, it is a cause close to our hearts and I hope close to yours.
