<p>As many of you may know, we are getting married on Thursday 6 January 2011. Many of our friends have asked us about wedding lists/presents. We are extremely blessed to have all of the things that we need and most of the things that we want. So, rather than add to our possessions, if people are minded to give a present, we would rather that you donated to a charity of our choice.</p>
<p>As many of you know, Gabby's mother is terminally ill. On one of her recent respite stays at a local hospice, she was visited by a labradoodle and its owner from Pets as Therapy. The visit really made a difference and made her day. We both love animals too so thought this an ideal charity to support to celebrate our happy day and also to honour Gabby's mum.</p>
<p>We will be topping up any contributions. We would like to reach £500. We did think that people could sponsor us for each year we stay married but that might take a while to collect! Maybe you could give a one off donation instead?</p>
