Over 100,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

UPDATE 16TH MAY 2010 - 2:45 PM

Sara and Jade have landed safely! Well done! More news soon.

UPDATE 16TH MAY 2010

The skydive is today! The original date wasn't possible due to adverse weather conditions but today, we're in luck, it seems. We'll post an update once we hear more from Sara.

Thanks again to everyone who has donated - it's fantastic!

My name is Sara Gammon, I am 41, a mother of two girls, and I have multiple sclerosis.

As a way of showing my thanks for all the assistance I’ve received from the MS Society I am going to jump out of an airplane.

My carer Jade is also taking part in the skydive and we are both extremely excited about this once in a life time experience.

The 10,000 foot tandem jump takes place on the 1st May 2010 in St Andrews, Scotland.

Any donations or assistance to help us reach our target of £4,000 will be much appreciated.

DON'T FORGET TO ADD GIFT AID IF YOU ARE A UK TAXPAYER - IT COSTS YOU NOTHING EXTRA BUT GIVES THE CHARITY MORE MONEY

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.

So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the MS Society.
