I've never done a sponsored anything before, but there's a first time for everything. Myself and my friend Ffion are taking part in this years Cardiff Prostate Cymru's Big Walk a total of 13 Miles on .

We're looking to raise pennies for Prostate cancer research to help raise much needed awareness for the charity!

Any/all cancer is rubbish and we have all one way or another  been affected by the C word. So we'll be completing this walk on behalf of all of us, it seems like the right thing to do...
