Future Dreams raises money for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.</p> <p>Future Dreams is very close to my heart because of the personal story behind it and because i knew both Sylvie and Danielle who started the charity and were amazing, inspirational and couragous people. I hope to honour their memory and try and raise awareness for Future Dreams and money for Breakthrough Breast cancer.</p> <p>46,000 daughters, mums, sisters and friend are diagnosed with breast cancer each year in the UK. 35 women die of the disease every day.
