My story

Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page!

(You're offically my new favourite person)

Well I guess you heard I found an empty space in my diary 22nd April next year so I thought I'd run a marathon or something. No big deal. Lets not make a fuss about it...its only 26 or so miles and you know I cover more ground than that over a good day's shopping. The problem is I had this hilarious marathon idea in a moment of madness last spring and well....apparently my application has been accepted! So I figure we're in this together (I don't know why but it makes me feel better to say so). I have to...gulp...run this thing. Your part is relatively simple - please help me fundraise for an excellent cause. Any amount you can afford to donate will be very gratefully received.

The hospice is a truly wonderful place. The care and support received by my mum and my family during our most difficult weeks there cannot be expressed. It is important to us to give something back in mum's memory, and she would find this whole running business rather amusing.

Justgiving will send your donation directly to the hospice. Your details are safe and will never be sold on. Thank you so much and wish me luck for the big day! I'm off to start my training with a light jog...
