Cannon Hill Park 10k run · 20 September 2009

NICE is a leading UK charity transforming the lives of disabled children and adults who have movement disorders such as cerebral palsy and Parkinson’s. We push the boundaries of their potential by teaching them through conductive education, new ways of controlling the effect of their condition.

Story

Hi all! Thanks for visiting my page!

Next Sunday (20th), I am running a 10k for Conductive Education. This is a charity which teaches people with movement disabilities to coordinate their movements and achieve greater independence in their everyday lives.

Please give as much or as little as you like but I warn you that I will be asking again for funds when I run the Birmingham Half Marathon for Cancer Research next month. So a pound or two for this one will be much appreciated, thank you :) If you want to come support me then it will be in Cannon Hill Park. But it starts at 10:30 so don't worry if you can't; plus I'll be all sweaty and keeling over which is not a good look for me.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks again guys!!
