For anyone who knows me from a previous life knows I am not a runner, so this is going to be a challenge. I am aiming to try and finish it in under 2.5hrs but to just finish will be an acheivement.

The East Anglian Air Ambulance provides a much needed service which we all hope we will never need, but it is a great comfort to know that this service is there.
