Twas the night before New York and all through the house, no one was stirring not even a mouse.....and an anxious runner trying to figure out what to pack and why the hell I signed up for this??!! ;)

7 days today and I will be pounding the streets of Manhattan for charity...potentially in the snow!! Thanks to all who have donated already, if you haven't you still have time! ;) x

<p>I am running the New York Marathon on 6th November this year and am delighted to be part of the amazing ARCHIE'S DREAM TEAM.</p> <p>ARCHIE'S DREAM TEAM is a group of dedicated fundraisers from Aberdeen hoping to reach a fantastic&nbsp;&pound;100k target this year. Funds raised will go to ARCHIE, the official charity of the Royal Aberdeen Children&rsquo;s Hospital, the Children's Wards in Inverness and Elgin and Community based Child Health throughout Grampian, Highland, Orkney and Shetland&nbsp;and Dreams Come True, <span style="font-family: Trebuchet MS; font-size: x-small;">a national charity serving the whole of the UK with the mission of bringing joy to children who are terminally or seriously ill by making their dreams come true.</span></p> <p>All money raised will be donated to help children locally and will make a huge difference to many lives.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate now, no matter how little.
