I'm going to be raising money for ARC (Antenatal Results and Choices), a charity which helped Paul and I in 2003 when we lost our daughter Rosie.

I ran the marathon in 2008 in 4 hours 19 minutes, and raised money for ARC then.  This time I'd like to do it in under 4 hours and raise more money to help the charity who helped get us through the toughest period in our life.
