Those of you who know me will know this isn't something I would undertake lightly - exercise and coordination are not my strong points, not to mention my sense of direction. . . .

A few of us at Cleaver Property Management wanted to get fit & healthy, we decided the best way to do this would be to set a goal.

This goal turned out to be a 130 mile cycle ride to Amsterdam. 

Crazy. I know.

We are all doing this for charities we feel passionately for. Please check out our main page, we are called the Cleaver Chasers. There are several amazing charities listed. I am fund raising for The Terrence Higgins Trust, they raise money and awareness to help those affected by HIV.

Their vision :
A world where people with HIV live healthy lives free from prejudice and discrimination, and good sexual health is a right and reality for all.

Its a wonderful charity and a life line for those who feel they have no one else to talk to.

In the words of Tesco "every little helps". So please dig deep and donate.
