I am running the Great South Run in Portsmouth on 25th October 2009.  This is a 10 mile run which I am running with my friend Gemma to raise money for Forest Holme Hospice in Poole.  

I am running in memory of my grandad who sadly passed away on 20th October 2008 in Forest Holme.  I have choosen to raise money for Forest Holme as I want to give something back to thank them for the care and support given to both grandad and my family during a very sad time.  The dedication and hard work of all the staff was amazing so please give generously :)
