My Name is Sarah Edwards and i work for SLM Leisure at Watford Central Leisure Centre.

On the 8th September 2011 I will be taking part in the company's mini 8 triathlon. In one day we wil be doing an 8 mile run, 40km bike ride and a 1400 metre swim.

This is to raise money for the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in Stanmore where one of our SLM colleagues is undergoing cancer treatment.
