Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In April 2011, with a few foot sore companions, I will be walking Wainwright's famous coast to coast path, from the edge of land at St Bees, Cumbria to dipping our bare feet in the North Sea at Robin Hoods Bay - a total of around 200 miles. Hardier than Roman soldiers (and with less bloodshed), we will be walking around 20 miles a day. According to our guide book, in those 200 odd miles we will have ascended and descended the equivalent height of Mount Everest.

So, now we've convinced you of the hard work ahead, why not make a donation? (or contribute some plasters to our alternative blister appeal?)

We're raising money for the Brent Adolescent Centre, which offers support and psychotherapy to some of the most disadvantaged and vulnerable young people in London.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

Thanks very much for your support.
