Camren is a bright little boy, with wonderful character, a great sense of humour, amazing grit and a condition that means he may never walk and always be dependent on others.

His parents are trying to raise £65,000 for a life changing operation in the US. The operation, called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy, is Camren's best change at walking independently.

I am doing this run to give them a small helping hand.
