I would love your support in raising money for St Barnabas Lincolnshire Hospice Brick In The Wall Appeal. I know many of you, or a loved one will have been supported or touched by this charity.

I will be taking part in The Outlaw Triathlon on Sunday 24th July at Holmepierre Point and it covers 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and a full marathon. And yes I am MAD !!!
