After many years of entering the ballot, I've finally got a place in the Virgin London Marathon !!!

So on the on the 21st April 13 I'll be lacing up my trainers for my 3rd marathon, and aiming to achieve a sub 5hr time.

My training has already started and I'll be pounding the pavements through the winter, come rain, snow and hail!! Which will be help me to complete and be inside my targeted 5hr time.

I'm not just doing this for myself, as I've decided to put my hard efforts towards raising at least £1,250 for Daisy's Dream.

Daisy's Dream are a local charity who support families dealing with illness and bereavement.

I have chosen to run with Daisy's Dream, as they provide excellent support for local families who are dealing with illness and bereavement free of charge. They have to raise over £300k each year to provide this service as they do not get any government support. I am extremely pleased to be able to contribute towards their target and help to raise money.

Don't forget, it's gonna be hard work, so I'll be really earning the money for this charity. So, please dig deep to help a great cause :o)
