Julia and Sarah are travelling to Florida 9th-16th November 2009 to take special children from Stoke on the trip of a lifetime! 

Caudwell Children’s Destination Dreams Programme is raising money to send 25 children fighting life threatening illnesses on a holiday of a lifetime.

We are raising funds to help a family create lasting memories in DisneyWorld away from painful treatments and relentless hospital appointments.  The family receive medical and emotional support they need to be able to travel.  Help us raise funds to change these families lives.

 

Did you know
