Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On December 2nd 2011 I will be spending the night sleeping out beside Southwark Cathedral with 200 other volunteers to raise money for a wonderful charity, Robes.
Robes is the only shelter of its kind operating between the South Bank and Croydon. 19 churches and over 300 volunteers provide food, shelter, advice and support for over 70 people sleeping rough in South London every winter night. Robes costs £85,000 to operate between November and March. We receive no public funding and rely solely on donations from churches, individuals and businesses. By supporting me to spend a sponsored night outdoors, you will help a rough-sleeper to access short-term aid and long-term support in finding stable accommodation, training and employment.
