In November I will be cycling 500km accross Costa Rica from the Pacific Coast to the Caribbean to raise £4000 for Alzheimer's.

1 in 3 people over the age of 65 will develop dementia in the UK. Family caring enables people to remain at home for as long as possible but there is currently no programme of support for carers. The Live Well campagin I am supporting will be the difference between just surviving and make the best of life for many carers by raising the funds to create a programme of support for carers.

£100 raised means a carer can receive 6 hours of training to better understand dementia

£1000 raised will train a facilitator to train carers

£4000 will transform the lives of 62 people affected by dementia
