Story

Hi, I am new to this. George is really where the idea comes from - he keeps seeing adverts on TV asking for donations to charities. I told him we should choose something important to us and then raise some money for it. He has decided to raise money for "poorly" people and "people with no food", so I suggested the local hospice - Forest Holme (caring for palliative cancer patients) and the Poole Africa Link (providing medical supplies and training for people in Wau - Sudan).

We are doing a 11-12 mile bicycle ride (George too) to raise sponsorship. I think this is quite a challenge for a 7 year old! If you feel able to, please donate and support his early charitable activities!

Best wishes - Sarah, Steve and George.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
