i am running a 1/2 marathon this weekend (18th Oct) and don't usually do the sponsorship thing, but this time i am because i have found a very good charity that helped our family a great deal when my Uncle Edward was lost at sea.

The Fishermen's Mission helped all of my close family when they needed it most.
