<p>Thanks for taking the time to visit&nbsp;our JustGiving page.</p> <p>An Application Management father of a 6 year old little boy with autism is personally moved by the efforts of Specialist People (<a href="http://www.specialistpeople.com/">http://www.specialistpeople.com/</a>).&nbsp; Specialist People is a small company with a strong case in creating IT jobs for people with autism, asperger and ADHD in Denmark and Scotland.&nbsp;</p> <p>People with autism are easily sidetracked and neglected by society because their skills and participation apparently isn't needed.&nbsp; Specialist People turns this upside down and creates jobs based on what they CAN INDEED do and participate with.&nbsp; Sometimes it's even roles "normal" people find hard to do; strong focus on details, error detection and repetitive work without losing concentration</p> <p class="bodytext"><span lang="EN-US">Application Management would like to help&nbsp;Sp</span><span lang="EN-US">ecialist People&nbsp;to build a world free of unnecessary barriers, stereotypes and discrimination.
