On the 5th of December I will be 'walking on hot coals' in support of the work of the Papworth Trust. 

As you know I am the world's biggest coward, but the work that the Trust does supporting disabled people achieve equality, choice and independence means that thousands of disabled people benefit from equal access to jobs, homes and new opportunities that would not otherwise been achieved.
